This website (franastor.com) is the personal site of Francisco Núñez (“Franastor”). You can reach the controller at franastor@franastor.com.

We only process the data you voluntarily send through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. This site does not collect browsing data or build profiles.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.

Data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the legal retention periods. You may ask for its deletion at any time.

5. Recipients

No data is shared with third parties and no international transfers take place. Form messages are delivered to the controller's mailbox through the site's own mail service.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict processing, portability of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time, by writing to franastor@franastor.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. It may only use browser local storage to remember preferences (for example, that you have already seen this notice).

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and the contact form is submitted through the site's own internal API.
